Software Engineering Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Software Engineering - Back End Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Manage personnel actions for direct reports, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Drive process improvements and manage the agile development process to maximize stakeholder value
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in software delivery, with at least 3 years in a management role
- In-depth experience with web application development in a multi-tenant environment, preferably with Microsoft technologies
- Enterprise experience building backend services using .Netcore technologies and Microsoft entity framework
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Science
- Experience leading distributed and remote agile teams
