Software Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading one or more software development teams, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will provide people leadership, delivery oversight, and technical governance while ensuring high-quality software is delivered reliably and securely in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers and technical leads through coaching and performance management
- Provide oversight for software delivery across product teams while promoting Agile best practices
- Ensure adherence to Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), DevOps, CI/CD, and security standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 3+ years of experience leading Agile software development teams
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and modern development methodologies
- Experience with Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), DevOps, and Agile delivery practices
