Job Summary
Leading the GTI engineering team, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will oversee delivery, manage team performance, and ensure technical direction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage team dynamics through one-on-ones, performance feedback, and hiring decisions
- Collaborate with product teams to transform roadmaps into actionable releases and ensure accountability for deadlines
- Make architectural decisions and maintain code quality by reviewing pull requests and contributing to coding efforts
Required qualifications
- Experience in building and shipping production software, with a background in team leadership or technical guidance
- Proficiency in C# and .NET, including API design and testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience with modern TypeScript and React, preferably with Next.js
- Strong SQL Server skills, including schema design and query optimization
- Experience with containerized workloads on Azure and Agile development practices
