Job Summary
Leading the Mission Management Engineering team, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will guide the development of autonomous satellite operations software while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet performance goals, all in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Mission Management engineering team focused on autonomous satellite operations planning
- Drive prioritization and planning across projects to align engineering efforts with business goals and customer commitments

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of eight years of professional experience in software engineering, including complex distributed systems
- At least two years of experience in a leadership role with formal responsibilities
- Strong technical background in programming languages such as Go, Python, or C++
- Experience with microservices development and cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure
