Job Summary
Leading a team in the development of core libraries for Agentic Applications, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will oversee the entire development lifecycle, provide technical guidance, and enhance engineering practices in a remote or onsite environment.
Key responsibilities
- Track evolving agent development patterns and translate insights into tools that enhance developer velocity and agent quality
- Coordinate the development lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring flawless execution of projects
- Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative environment while partnering with product management to determine project requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 7 years of overall experience, including 3+ years in team management
- Proven track record in designing and deploying modern agent architectures and open-source frameworks
- Demonstrated strategic vision to translate AI advancements into platform roadmaps
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills with experience in the open-source community
