Job Summary
Leading a team focused on platform expansion and readiness, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will oversee the integration, qualification, and performance readiness of CUDA Math Libraries on specialized platforms while collaborating with core library and DevOps teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team while ensuring high-quality support for platform integration
- Own end-to-end platform readiness, including functional qualification and compliance across Math Libraries
- Collaborate with CI/CD and testing teams to establish platform-specific validation pipelines and address performance issues
Required qualifications:
- PhD or MSc in Computational Science and Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in developing high-performance numerical software
- 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams
- Hands-on experience with C++ and Python in HPC software development
- Strong understanding of numerical methods and computations in science, engineering, or deep learning
