Software Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading and coordinating product development teams, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will oversee the software development lifecycle, manage priorities in Jira, and drive resource alignment while supporting delivery excellence and team growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product development teams through technical design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing delivery
- Manage development work and coordinate requirements, timelines, and dependencies with Product Management
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers while establishing consistency in development practices
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a software development team in a SaaS or cloud-based environment
- Experience with Java and/or .NET platforms and modern CI/CD development practices
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle practices and resource planning
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion
- Proficiency with development and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
