Software Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Managing a software engineering team within the GeForce NOW Developer Portal organization, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will develop and oversee engineering activities, collaborate with internal teams, and support both internal and external users in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, guide, and supervise a team of engineers in their daily activities
- Partner with multiple internal teams to create roadmaps and development strategies
- Gather high-level requirements and influence the design of software products
Required qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in designing and building distributed software systems, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with AWS services, including EKS and ECS Fargate
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Golang, Java, C, C++, or Rust
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code tools
