Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with substantial leadership in engineering teams and organizational transformation
- Demonstrated success in coaching engineers and building high-performing teams
- Experience modernizing legacy applications and adopting modern architecture and engineering practices
- Strong understanding of software architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile delivery methodologies
