Software Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading a cross-functional team of backend and iOS engineers, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will drive the development of quality-first ad experiences while ensuring effective collaboration with Product and Design teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Product and Design to discover valuable solutions through qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Manage delivery by maintaining a healthy backlog and scheduling maintenance and tech debt work
- Coach and develop team members, fostering an engaged and empowered team environment
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience leading mobile engineering teams in a Product Model
- Strong foundation in A/B testing-based product iterations
- Experience with consumer-facing development work focused on native apps using agile methodologies
- Proven track record of collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, particularly for high-traffic mobile applications
