Job Summary
Leading a high-performing, fully remote engineering team, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will be responsible for delivery, quality, and team growth while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, coach, and retain engineers, providing feedback and growth plans
- Own team planning and delivery, collaborating with product management to ensure quality outcomes
- Evaluate development estimates and technical solutions, investigating root causes of issues to drive durable fixes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of professional software development experience, with expertise in C# and the .NET platform
- 3 years of people management experience in a technical field
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects with remote teams
- Experience with cloud-hosted application development using Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP
