Key responsibilities
- Write, review, refactor, and ship production code while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Coach and mentor engineers, providing feedback and supporting their career development
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions to enhance product quality
Required qualifications
- Substantial professional software engineering experience at a strong Senior Engineer level
- Strong frontend development experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Experience in coaching or mentoring other engineers through technical discussions or code reviews
- Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges independently and collaboratively
- Fluent in English; French is not required
