Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Software Engineers in a full-time remote capacity, the Software Engineering Manager will drive the development of intelligent automation solutions for Revenue Cycle Management in the healthcare sector while balancing technical leadership with people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Software Engineers, conducting performance reviews and career-development conversations
• Own the full hiring lifecycle for engineering roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
• Guide architectural decisions and ensure the delivery of production-grade Python automation solutions while managing project priorities and timelines

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in Python software development with hands-on experience in automation
• Demonstrated experience managing or leading a team of software engineers at multiple seniority levels
• Deep understanding of healthcare data privacy requirements, including HIPAA and HITRUST
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in an engineering management or team-lead role
• Proven ability to balance people leadership with delivery accountability in a fast-paced environment
