To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will oversee daily operations, enhance team productivity, and lead recruitment efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Constantly improve team productivity and refine agile processes to increase efficiency
- Oversee day-to-day operations of an engineering team and conduct performance reviews, mentoring, and career planning

Required qualifications
- At least two years of experience as a senior engineer and one year as a technical lead/team lead
- Over six years of experience developing and testing web applications
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders to meet business needs
- Experience in coaching engineers to produce high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Strong interest in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
