Job Summary
Leading a team of software engineers, the full-time salaried Software Engineering Manager will ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable SaaS applications while fostering team development and collaboration in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers, setting performance expectations and supporting career growth

Required Qualifications

- Extensive experience in commercial software development within SaaS environments
- Prior experience leading or managing software engineers required
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices and SaaS architectures
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and/or Java environments preferred
