Software Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Building trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, the full-time Software Implementation Consultant will manage software implementation projects, data mapping, and customer training in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run engaging demonstrations of Dayshape for prospective and new customers, aligning the software's capabilities with their business objectives
• Lead discovery and design workshops to translate customer needs into effective solutions while ensuring successful data mapping and migration
• Deliver training and enablement sessions to empower customers in adopting and championing Dayshape within their organizations

Required qualifications

• Demonstrable experience implementing complex SaaS, ERP, or business applications within Accountancy or Professional Services
• Experience configuring software solutions and translating business requirements into system configurations
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Consultative mindset with excellent workshop facilitation skills, capable of challenging assumptions and uncovering underlying business needs
• Basic knowledge of JSON, SQL, and JavaScript, or a willingness to develop these skills
