Job Summary
Leading the design, development, and deployment of innovative cloud-based software, the full-time remote Solution Delivery Lead - Software Implementation will translate business goals into software requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage project plans for large-scale energy efficiency programs.
Key responsibilities
- Translates business goals into software configuration requirements and roadmaps
- Collaborates closely with engineering, software, and program delivery teams
- Develops and communicates project plans to monitor, manage, and report on key milestones and deliverables
Required qualifications
- New Jersey residence or willingness to relocate to New Jersey
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering or technical program management
- Demonstrated experience managing technical projects successfully
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency programs and demand-side management
