Software Pricing Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Software Pricing Consultant will evaluate and improve pricing strategies, build financial models, and support complex software agreements in a remote contract role lasting approximately three to six months.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance software pricing and packaging models, including various pricing structures
• Build financial models to analyze the impact of pricing decisions on key business metrics
• Support complex software agreements and document pricing policies for ongoing use

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in pricing strategy, deal desk, revenue operations, or strategy consulting
• Direct experience with software or SaaS pricing
• Strong financial modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets
• Understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, and churn
• Familiarity with various software licensing models, including subscription and consumption-based models
