Job Summary
As a critical member of the team, the full-time remote Software QA Engineer will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of products throughout the development lifecycle by developing and executing test plans, participating in Agile ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement in testing practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Thoroughly develop and execute test plans that exceed defined Acceptance Criteria
- Ensure product quality across functionality, reliability, performance, and user experience
- Actively participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to a culture of shared knowledge through Confluence
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Quality/Testing Certification
- Strong organizational skills and technical aptitude for quick learning and problem-solving
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively in testing approaches
