Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Software QA Engineer will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of products through AI-assisted testing, test planning, and execution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans that exceed defined Acceptance Criteria, ensuring product quality across functionality, performance, and security
- Utilize AI tools for test planning and bug filing, while being accountable for the accuracy of all outputs and maintaining traceability in Jira and BrowserStack
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with various teams to identify and resolve issues early in the development process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- ISTQB or other quality/testing certification
- 2+ years of experience testing a low-code BPM platform
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and basic SQL, Git, and command-line proficiency
- Understanding of the disputes and fraud domain, including relevant regulations such as Reg E and Reg Z
