Software Support Specialist
Job Summary
To support application software development services, the full-time temporary Software Support Specialist will provide technical assistance, configure survey content, and maintain software applications while working remotely for an 8-month period.
Key responsibilities
- Supports application software development by creating VS Code and providing technical assistance for existing and new deployments
- Maintains software applications through coding, testing, and documentation while following program logic for modifications
- Provides technical support throughout the lifecycle of customer-specific technology products, primarily with Cloud or Purchased applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- No prior experience required beyond the minimum education requirement
- Equivalent education, training, and/or certification may substitute for experience and education
