Job Summary
Leading the Edifecs application support organization, the full-time remote Software Systems Engineer Principal will ensure operational stability and scalability while managing staffing and driving roadmap execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Edifecs Platform, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment
- Guide architecture decisions and oversee modernization efforts and performance strategies
- Analyze and resolve mapping issues, validation failures, and performance bottlenecks
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations with strong AWS experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong knowledge of EDIFECS architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Experience with EDI troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of transaction failures
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub, including collaborative workflows
