Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Software Technical Writer for a full-time remote position, who will create and publish high-quality product documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance the customer experience through clear content delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Create and publish user guides, release notes, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guidance
- Build deep product expertise and serve as a subject matter expert for supported Sugar products
- Participate in product grooming, design reviews, and release activities to advocate for user needs
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a software technical writer, software developer, or in a related role
- Strong focus on user needs and ability to create user-centric content
- Excellent grammar and writing skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with end users, administrators, and developers
- A 4-year degree or equivalent practical experience
