Software Test Engineer
Job Summary
To uphold and improve IT Quality Assurance standards, the contract Software Test Engineer will work remotely for 12 months, focusing on writing and executing manual and automated test cases while collaborating with product teams and reporting on QA automation metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Review requirements and Acceptance Criteria for completeness and conduct code reviews of test automation code
- Write and execute manual and automated test cases, identifying and documenting issues found during testing
- Coordinate with QA team members on task prioritization and ensure quality and timely delivery of assigned work
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of ETL QA testing experience
- Experience with Agile Methodology in a QA Role
- Test Automation or software development background in .NET, Selenium, Java, or similar coding language
- Experienced with API Testing and Test Data Management
- Understanding of Selenium WebDriver and different types of testing (functional, system, integration, etc.)
