Seeking a full-time Software Test Engineer, this remote position will develop and execute test plans, manage test cases, and ensure high-quality deliverables for software and IT systems.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
- Lead testing efforts, documenting results and supporting analysis to resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper operation and defect-free software systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing, including knowledge of test automation frameworks
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
