Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Software Test Engineer, this remote position will develop and execute test plans and cases, ensuring that software products meet organizational standards and user requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures for software and IT systems
- Perform testing and verification activities, documenting results and resolving issues as they arise
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing objectives and deliverables
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Experience with both manual and automated testing, including knowledge of test automation frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
