Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Software Test Engineer, this remote position will develop and execute test plans and procedures, ensuring that information systems and products meet organizational standards and user requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures for software and IT systems
- Perform and lead testing activities, documenting and communicating test results effectively
- Collaborate with project teams to analyze test results and resolve issues, contributing to continuous improvement efforts
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Experience with both manual and automated testing, including knowledge of test automation frameworks
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
