Job Summary
To ensure high-quality deliverables for complex software projects, the full-time remote Software Testing Principal will develop and execute test plans, conduct software testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining compliance with organizational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test procedures
- Lead testing efforts to verify software functionality and identify defects
- Document and communicate test results while supporting issue resolution and analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of professional experience in software testing
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with testing tools and languages such as JMeter, Java, Python, and Git
