Software Testing Principal
Job Summary
Supporting mission-critical healthcare applications, the full-time Software Testing Principal (MUMPS) will develop and execute test plans, validate software enhancements, and ensure quality assurance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage testing and quality assurance activities for healthcare applications in MUMPS/InterSystems Cache environments
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and troubleshoot software defects
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or system validation
- Experience testing applications developed using MUMPS and/or InterSystems Cache
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
