Software Testing Principal
Job Summary
Supporting critical healthcare applications, the full-time remote Software Testing Principal (MUMPS) will manage testing and quality assurance activities, develop comprehensive test plans, and validate software enhancements in a MUMPS/InterSystems Cache environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for healthcare applications
- Support modernization efforts and validate software enhancements and system upgrades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements and testing objectives are met
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software testing, quality assurance, or system validation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
- Experience testing applications developed using MUMPS and/or InterSystems Cache
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR
- Experience developing detailed test plans and performing various testing types, including functional and user acceptance testing
