Software Testing Principal
Job Summary
Supporting modernization efforts and quality assurance for healthcare applications, the full-time Software Testing Principal (MUMPS) will develop and execute test plans, validate software enhancements, and ensure data integrity in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for healthcare applications operating in MUMPS/InterSystems Cache environments
- Support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Validate healthcare interoperability transactions and analyze software defects, ensuring compliance with industry standards
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or system validation, particularly in healthcare or government environments
- Experience testing applications developed using MUMPS and/or InterSystems Cache
- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
- U.S. Citizenship required for this position
