Software Testing Principal (MUMPS)
Job Summary
Supporting modernization efforts and quality assurance activities, the full-time Software Testing Principal (MUMPS) will develop and execute comprehensive test plans for healthcare applications in a remote environment, focusing on legacy systems and interoperability initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures for healthcare applications in MUMPS/InterSystems Cache environments
- Support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities while validating software enhancements and data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and troubleshoot software defects, ensuring comprehensive coverage of system requirements
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or system validation, particularly in healthcare or government environments
- Proficiency in testing applications developed using MUMPS and/or InterSystems Cache
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
- U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
