Job Summary
Supporting mission-critical healthcare applications, the full-time Software Testing Principal (MUMPS) will develop and execute test plans, validate software enhancements, and ensure quality assurance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for healthcare applications in MUMPS/InterSystems Cache environments
- Support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities while verifying data integrity across legacy healthcare applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and document testing metrics, defects, and status reports
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or system validation, particularly in healthcare or government environments
- Experience testing applications developed using MUMPS and/or InterSystems Cache
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR
- Ability to analyze system logs and application errors to identify root causes of defects
