Job Summary
To support critical healthcare applications in a remote environment, the full-time Software Testing Principal (MUMPS) will manage testing and quality assurance activities, develop comprehensive test plans, and ensure the functionality of legacy systems in a MUMPS/InterSystems Cache environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support testing and quality assurance for mission-critical healthcare applications, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts while validating software enhancements and ensuring data integrity across systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze software defects and provide technical leadership on testing strategies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or system validation, particularly in healthcare or government environments
- Experience with MUMPS and/or InterSystems Cache, including testing enterprise applications and validating healthcare workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR, and experience validating EDI healthcare transactions
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance and U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
