Job Summary
To enhance client knowledge and confidence, the fully remote Trainer will deliver engaging training sessions on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Policy Manager solutions, collaborating with clients and internal teams to tailor instruction to specific needs.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions that explain and demonstrate product functionality of Ntracts solutions
- Coordinate training schedules and prepare agendas and supporting materials while adapting delivery to clients' needs
- Provide timely follow-up and maintain accurate training records, communicating outcomes and client feedback to relevant team members
Required qualifications
- Experience delivering software training or client education to adult learners
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and virtual meeting tools
- Ability to learn software applications and translate functionality into relevant instruction
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training engagements
