Solution Analyst
Job Summary
Bridging business requirements and technical solutions, the full-time remote Solution Analyst will gather and translate stakeholder needs into detailed integration specifications, produce solution blueprints, and write code directly on integrations while collaborating with the Data/Analytics team.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into agentic solution designs
- Elaborate overall solution direction into detailed technical specifications for integrations
- Produce solution blueprints, including data flow and acceptance criteria for new use cases
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in solution/business analysis, integration engineering, or a similar role
- Proficient in Python or TypeScript/Node.js with experience writing and shipping code
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouses
- Track record of translating ambiguous business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Understanding of data governance, access control, and data-quality concepts
