Solution Architect
Job Summary
To support application modernization efforts for a large financial services organization, the remote Solution Architect will assess, design, and implement modern application architectures while collaborating with multiple teams and providing technical leadership, with potential quarterly travel to Des Moines, IA.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, design, and support the implementation of modern application architectures
- Develop architecture depictions for hybrid on-premises and cloud environments
- Collaborate across development, data engineering, infrastructure, and other technical teams to deconflict requirements and architectural decisions
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience assessing, designing, and implementing modern applications
- Strong solution architecture and technical leadership experience
- Experience creating architecture diagrams for hybrid on-premises and cloud environments
- Background in software development or data engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
