Solution Architect
Job Summary
To lead high-complexity implementations for large enterprise clients, the full-time remote Solution Architect will own project scope, translate client requirements into solutions, and manage engineering teams while fostering executive-level relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own project scope for large, high-complexity commercial real estate (CRE) engagements
- Prioritize and coordinate engineering work across delivery pods, aligning teams around client needs
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with senior client leadership, presenting tailored solutions
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in solution architecture or implementation consulting with experience in large engagements
- Strong understanding of asset management, financial, and leasing workflows in the CRE industry
- Hands-on experience with CRE systems such as Yardi, MRI, or VTS
- Solid data engineering fundamentals, including ETL/ELT and API-based integrations
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional, distributed teams effectively
