Solution Architect
Job Summary
Owning the technical scoping process for new customer engagements, the full-time remote Solution Architect will lead complex discovery sessions, author Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure seamless handoffs to implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end scoping process for complex, custom deals from initial discovery through SOW finalization
- Serve as the technical authority in pre-implementation discussions and ensure clear documentation for the implementation team
- Develop and refine scoping processes and internal reference materials to improve efficiency and accuracy over time
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in solution architecture, technical pre-sales, or implementation consulting within a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with ERP and accounting system integrations such as NetSuite or QuickBooks Online
- Proven experience authoring SOWs for complex software implementations
- Strong knowledge of AP workflows and integration requirements
- Experience bridging sales and professional services functions
