Solution Architect
Job Summary
To support a growing cybersecurity practice, the full-time remote Solution Architect will lead technical discovery, deliver tailored demos, and own proofs of value while collaborating with customers to enhance their vulnerability management processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Run technical discovery to map customer workflows and identify gaps
- Deliver customized demos that address specific customer problems without feature tours
- Own proofs of value by establishing success criteria and delivering measurable results
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in vulnerability or exposure management
- Working knowledge of vulnerability scanners and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
- Understanding of the five CTEM phases: scoping, discovery, prioritization, validation, and mobilization
- Comfort with APIs and the ability to troubleshoot integrations
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both engineers and executives
