Solution Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing regional team, the full-time remote Solution Architect will partner with Account Executives and channel partners to win new business, deliver tailored demos, and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle while leveraging deep knowledge of the Picus platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to grow the Enterprise customer base and win new business
• Conduct technical discovery to understand customer needs and deliver tailored demos showcasing the Picus platform
• Respond to technical sections of RFPs and RFIs, providing clear and compelling answers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales Engineering or Customer Success related to Security, Cloud, or Network Systems
• 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering or Customer Success role
• Proven track record of building executive relationships and driving strategic account planning
• Broad technology experience across risk visibility, SIEM, EDR, cloud architecture, and security
• Understanding of solution architecture and design across on-prem and cloud environments
