Solution Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing enterprise customer base, the full-time remote Solution Architect will partner with Account Executives and channel partners, leveraging deep knowledge of the Picus platform to drive new business and deliver tailored technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to win new business and expand the Enterprise customer base
• Conduct technical discovery to understand customer needs and deliver tailored live demos
• Respond to technical sections of RFPs and RFIs, providing clear and compelling answers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales Engineering or Customer Success in Security, Cloud, or Network Systems
• 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering or Customer Success role
• Proven ability to build executive relationships and drive strategic account planning
• Broad technology experience across risk visibility, SIEM, EDR, and cloud architecture
• Understanding of solution architecture across on-prem and cloud environments
