Solution Architect
Job Summary
As a hands-on advisor and technical expert, the full-time remote Solution Architect will lead technical integrations and implementations, solve complex localization challenges, and design scalable solutions to support customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with technical and business users to gather requirements and design comprehensive solutions
- Manage process changes with stakeholders to drive implementations forward effectively
- Lead troubleshooting sessions and workshops with customer technical teams to resolve complex issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar customer-facing role focused on technical solution design
- 2+ years of applied experience with modern web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST APIs
- Familiarity with at least one programming/scripting language and ability to read/write scripts
- Strong analytical skills and capability to drive outcomes despite complexity or changing scope
