Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Solution Architect, the candidate will design and implement server-side data feeds for enterprise clients, manage technical escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the MetaRouter platform.
Key responsibilities
- Absorb business requirements to create detailed Solution Briefs outlining necessary steps, resources, and timelines
- Identify and understand various analytics, advertising, and marketing concepts to ensure proper user attribution on customer websites
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of the MetaRouter platform
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing implementation, technical support, solution architecture, and/or customer success roles
- 4+ years of experience implementing data insights with front-end or mobile app development
- Required knowledge of Browser Technologies, Modern Authentication Mechanisms, and HTTP APIs
- Ability to read and write snippets of functional Javascript, Lua, JSON, and YAML
- Experience with Tag Management platforms and Digital Advertising platforms
