Solution Architect, D365
Job Summary
To solve complex business challenges using Microsoft technology, the full-time Solution Architect, D365 & Power Platform will design scalable solutions across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Azure, collaborating with various stakeholders to influence key decisions and ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect secure and scalable solutions across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse, and Power Platform technologies
- Translate business needs into actionable solution designs and communicate recommendations to stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership throughout implementation, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and practices
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience; Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred
- 10+ years of relevant technical experience, particularly with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse
- Proven experience architecting solutions for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, especially in Sales and Customer Service
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure integrations
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies
