Job Summary
To support a growing Service Supply Chain team, the full-time remote Solution Architect - Digital Products will design innovative digital solutions that enhance operational performance and customer experience, bridging business strategy, technology architecture, and implementation delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures for digital products and platforms
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and develop architecture diagrams and solution blueprints
- Define integration strategies across enterprise applications, platforms, APIs, and third-party systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Systems Architecture, or Enterprise Applications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience solutioning for API integrations
- Experience with AI, machine learning, and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and modern software patterns
