Job Summary
Leading the architecture and delivery of an ERP modernization program for a large enterprise client, the full-time remote Solution Architect Manager will manage an embedded team of architects, engineers, and analysts while ensuring alignment between functional and technical requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions to document current-state processes and design target-state architectures
- Plan incremental rollouts across business units and review designs to ensure alignment with architecture
- Build trusted relationships with client technology leaders and mentor team members on engagement health
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years in software engineering and architecture, with 4+ years as a lead solution architect
- Manager-level consulting or senior leadership experience in client engagements
- Hands-on experience with .NET applications and ERP/CRM integrations
- Proven track record of owning program-level outcomes on complex initiatives
- Experience engaging with director, VP, and C-level stakeholders
