Solution Architect - Supply Chain
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solution Architect - Supply Chain will lead the design and implementation of supply chain solutions, engage with customers during product launches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of products into client operations.
Key responsibilities
- Support concurrent product launches from strategic planning through to growth phases
- Engage with customers on Early Innovator projects, capturing feedback and ensuring it is communicated to product management and engineering teams
- Accountable for solution design, including refining process flows, creating user stories, and defining data flows for the program
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in the supply chain management software industry
- At least 5 years of experience in High-Tech supply chain or a related field
- Subject matter expert in supply chain concepts and solutions
- Technical leadership experience in data integration and system deployment for supply chain software implementations
