Solution Architect, Supply Planning

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Solution Architect, Supply Planning will lead the design and implementation of advanced supply chain planning solutions on the o9 platform, acting as a bridge between complex business logic and technical execution while working remotely or onsite across various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead process and business requirements sessions, documenting "to-be" business processes that leverage supply planning best practices
• Identify, collect, and map complex enterprise data from diverse sources to inform supply chain operations
• Convert complex business logic into scalable technical designs and configure specifications within the o9 platform

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in fields such as Operations Research or Supply Chain Engineering
• 6+ years of hands-on experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working within a complex supply chain/logistics organization
• Proven track record of leading full lifecycle implementations of supply chain planning solutions
• Experience configuring and deploying advanced planning systems with strong exposure to enterprise ERP tools
• Proficiency in database architecture and coding skills in languages such as SQL or T-SQL
