Solution Consultant

Job Summary

Owning a defined workstream from discovery through hypercare, the full-time remote Solution Consultant will manage client engagements in the consumer brands sector, focusing on solution design, integration, and deployment readiness while leveraging AI capabilities throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a defined workstream from requirements through deployment and hypercare, ensuring quality and managing dependencies
• Serve as the primary client contact for workstream status and decisions, leading discovery and design sessions
• Make defensible architecture and design decisions, reviewing associate engineer outputs to ensure compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in delivery-facing consulting, engineering, or product roles, with 3+ years in a client-facing consulting environment
• Proven experience independently owning a technical workstream from requirements to deployment
• Strong hands-on capability in at least one technical domain and breadth across others, including cloud and integration
• Demonstrated GenAI capability in work processes and solution delivery
• Ability to facilitate discovery, translate requirements, and manage delivery through go-live and handoff
